Yup, now emergency personel have to risk their lives to save the idiots that didn't comply with the mandatory evacuation orders.

When it's all said and done those that have to be rescued should be financially charged for the services.

One guy interviewed this morning had a 2 year old and a 3 month old. His excuse for not leaving....."We had no place to go".
